The statement of the Policy includes the following guidelines:
- Commitment to meet the explicit and implicit demands, requirements and expectations of our clients through personalized attention and service. In addition to the needs of its customers NEW IGS is committed to compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Disseminate the objectives and criteria of Quality at all levels of our structure.
- Implement quality indicators, as well as track the level of progress of them, in a way that allows us to know and ensure the service and the level of quality desired by our client.
- Ensure that working conditions are optimal by assessing the risks that may occur in the processes, eliminating as much as possible and reducing those evaluated.
- Develop continuous training programs aimed at the best qualification of our staff in Spain and subcontracted personnel in China, thus involving all people in the achievement of all the objectives set out in this document.
- Consolidate the process of continuous improvement in the performance of all activities carried out in the company, especially those activities of work organization with subcontracted service providers since their correct performance is the essence of our value proposition.
- Encourage and achieve a motivating environment for all members of the company.
Management makes this policy accessible and makes it available to its customers, all its employees, suppliers and to interested parties in general.
The Policy is kept up-to-date through periodic reviews, coinciding with the revisions of the system by the management, in order to take into account changes in the conditions of the context. In this sense, the management provides and will provide all the human, technical and economic means necessary to achieve the objectives and goals that are established scheduled and periodically.
